Adaptive HVM was established in 2010 to support technology manufacturing clients globally. Our founders have over 30 years industry experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics & Pharmaceutical sectors holding senior Engineering, Construction & Procurement roles. Adaptive HVM entered the Data Center sector in 2019, and now supports clients in Ireland, UK and across Europe with the primary focus on sourcing the right engineering talent globally for construction, commissioning and sustaining engineering, technology and commercial related roles. Since 2019 we have developed an international partner network that allows us to find the right talent and expertise across Europe, but also in countries like The Philippines, India, Turkey & Chile. We provide both permanent recruitment and interim staffing solutions to our clients.

Adaptive HVM has partnered with a leading 3rd level Institution in Ireland to form Technical Skills Academy. A Level 6 QQI certified diploma in Equipment Maintenance is scheduled in Jan 2026 followed by a Level 8 in June 2026. In addition they provide a range of micro credential courses in Industrial Electrical Systems and Automation (Controls & PLCs) using a combination of academic and practical sessions, with an emphasis on hands-on equipment maintenance
