Biography

Craig O’Shaughnessy is an Electrical Engineer specialising in resilient power solutions for data centres, including diesel, HVO and BESS emergency backup systems. He has spent more than 20 years in the backup power industry across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, helping deliver reliable power for mission-critical infrastructure in some of the world’s fastest-growing data centre markets.

Craig began his career in Ireland’s early data centre sector before founding the largest diesel generator dealership for a global brand across nine countries in sub-Saharan Africa, working on some of the region’s earliest modular data centre installations. Since joining Rehlko seven years ago, he has helped hyperscale and colocation customers navigate increasing power demands and grid challenges through custom-engineered energy resilience solutions that support operational continuity and accelerate speed-to-power.
