Biography

Dorothy is Director of Sustainability Advisory at KEO International Consultants, where she leads sustainability for infrastructure and the built environment — spanning data centre certification and wider advisory across reporting, decarbonisation, and climate risk. She joined KEO following its acquisition of Meehan Green, bringing with her a track record of advising public and private sector clients on climate and energy transition.

A credentialled Environmental Scientist (PhD) and strategic business leader (MBA), Dorothy combines deep technical authority with proven leadership capability, delivering net zero strategies, decarbonisation roadmaps, climate adaptation programmes, and sustainability governance to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.

With over 10 years’ experience spanning leading advisory roles at Deloitte and EY, public sector climate science and regulation, and carbon markets advisory, Dorothy’s technical expertise covers environmental compliance, decarbonisation, biodiversity, circular economy, ESG reporting, sustainable finance, and Ireland’s regulatory and policy landscape — giving her the breadth, rigour, and strategic judgement to drive performance beyond compliance and toward net positive environmental impact, playing a meaningful role in accelerating Europe’s transition to a net zero future.
