Biography

Jason Stapleton is senior leader within the Linesight business working on global data center site selection. His clients in the past comprise of some of the top 10 data center operators and developers globally. He worked on his first data center in 2006 as a design and build manager progressing to project director delivering large hyperscale facilities.

With over 25 years of delivering technical programs globally for data center owners, multidisciplinary engineering companies & clients. His depth of experience in construction and development management is immense. Currently he is involved in a global data center program for a confidential client working across EMEA, APAC and AMERS on strategic planning for data center site selection. His value adding from end to end management starts with site selection infrastructure know how to authority and utilities engagement strategies and construction delivery methodologies.He has led successful outcomes on major programs including formulating strategic SPVs & JV’s on large international programs in emerging data center markets. His clients will attest that he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills across all phases of strategy, site negotiations, project launch, tendering and program delivery. His strong focus on safety and disciplined project controls has resulted in project certainty and value for money outcomes for his clients, as well as business growth and expansion planning certainty.
