Biography

Joe is a Chartered M&E Quantity Surveyor with specific experience in data centre design and construction.

Co-founder of Duke McCaffrey, Joe has led on some of Ireland’s largest data centre projects for large funds, data centre developers and owner operators including Keppel, Digital Realty and Serverfarm Reality.

As specialist M&E cost consultants, over the past year Duke McCaffrey’s data centre projects have continued to grow, especially with new the challenges faced by aging data centre facilities.
