Kristian Weatherley-Kaye is a Business Development Manager with more than 20 years of experience in critical power and data centre infrastructure. Specialising in UPS systems, LV switchgear and resilient power solutions, Kristian has supported hyperscale, colocation and edge deployments across the UK and Europe, helping customers build reliable, future-ready digital infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Kristian has developed a strong reputation for building strategic customer relationships, securing high-value projects and delivering solutions that balance performance, resilience and cost efficiency. As a certified CDCDP professional, he combines technical expertise with a consultative approach to help organisations address growing power requirements, accelerate deployment timelines and maintain business continuity in an increasingly complex energy landscape. At Rehlko, he works with customers to develop custom-engineered power solutions across the full lifecycle of data centre projects.
