Biography

Stefanos is a lead architect and a central figure in Bryden Wood’s Data Centre division.

Stefanos has spent over a decade specialising in the design, optimisation, and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure across the EMEA region. He is a recognised expert in navigating the complexities of high-performance facilities, with a delivered portfolio totaling approximately 100MW IT. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from early-stage planning and feasibility to technical detail design and construction delivery.

Together with the wider team at Bryden Wood, he has been instrumental in evolving the firm’s Data Centre capability, applying industrialised construction logic to ensure efficiency, resilience, and scalability. His track record includes the delivery of major hyperscale and retail campuses in Dublin and Milan, as well as extensive work across the UK’s primary digital hubs, including London and Manchester.

Stefanos joined Bryden Wood in 2013 following his Master’s degree in Adaptive Architecture and Computation at the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies. Since then, he has grown into a versatile leader within the firm, applying his expertise across the residential, aviation, and pharmaceutical sectors—most notably serving as Design Lead for the optimization of Battersea Phase 2.

He is a leading proponent of collaborative, multi-disciplinary design and remains at the forefront of Bryden Wood’s efforts to deliver standardized, high-performance solutions for the global data market.
