A global Talent Acquisition Leader with a demonstrable track record of developing & implementing creative and highly successful talent strategies in fast paced, high growth environments. As a people leader I have been responsible for recruiting and developing high performing teams across a global portfolio.

I have a proven history of business partnering with global leadership and regional teams across multiple functions, geographies and business lines in a highly matrix environment to ensure that recruitment demands are met in line with global best practice whilst not compromising on local hiring needs, standards & governance.

I am passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, I lead a global workstream on DE&I standards in TA and am on the Board of the CBRE GWS EMEA Women’s Network. I have a proven track record in developing and leading global & regional change initiatives including projects involving DE&I, Early Careers, recruitment & selection process and tools and candidate and hiring manager experience.
