Brian Clavin

Head of Battery Energy Storage and Renewable Generation

Biography

Brian has been in the Technology Sector for more than 30 years. He has spent the last 2 decades in the Data Centre Business, including positions at Storage Networks, BT and Total Data Centre Solutions.

Since 2017, Brian has been pioneering the deployment of Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) and coupling on-site/near-site renewable Generation ( BESS+) in the UK and Ireland.

Brian is working with some of the World’s Largest Data Centre Owner/Operators to deploy BESS+ at Scale in both the UK and Ireland.

Brian is also working with Government Bodies, Edge Compute Organisations and the Private Sector to design, build and operate Immersion Cooling Equipment (ICE) Solutions in both bespoke ICE Data Centres and Edge Compute Nodes.
