Michelle Wallace is Head of Operations and Community at Host in Ireland. Michelle has been in the data centre industry for 10 years, having joined Digital Realty in 2008 as they expanded their US operations into Europe. After seeing phenomenal growth in the company and industry, Michelle joined Colt Data Centre Services and moved the data centre industry into mainstream media through an award winning communications campaign. Michelle started her own business in 2015 and now works with organisations on growing their business through culture and communications
