DataCentres Ireland NEW Virtual Offerings for 2021

In addition to the actual DataCentres Ireland event, we shall also be offering companies the opportunity to position themselves as thought leaders, access to the Irish datacentre market via the events database and secure actual leads from those attending these Virtual Offerings.

The three types of Virtual Offerings we have are:

  1. The Hosting and marketing of “On-Demand Videos” supplied by Organisations and hosted on the DataCentres Ireland Website
  2. Creating/Recording, Marketing and Hosting of Live (or Pre-recorded) content as part of the DataCentres Ireland “Tech Focused Days”
  3. Creating/Recording, Marketing and Hosting of a Live (or Pre-recorded) Stand Alone Webinar on a subject specific to an Organisation.

As part of our commitment to Confirmed Exhibitors to DataCentres Ireland 2021, they will be entitled to one of the above free of charge or can secure additional opportunities at significantly discounted prices.

The Virtual Offerings detailed are designed to incentivise companies who commit to exhibiting at DataCentres Ireland 2021, by signing and returning their contract and paying a 30% deposit towards the cost of their total stand booking.

In the unlikely event that DataCentres Ireland 2021 does not go ahead, we will either:

a. Look to transfer your booking to the next DataCentres Ireland event, keeping the agreed pricing, stand size and positioning the same, with 100% of monies paid against this year’s stand being used against the next booking. Whilst offering additional Online Virtual Promotional Opportunities.

or alternatively

b. return your deposit to you, less a €100 admin fee.

The Type of videos we will accept:

  • Short videos relating to your products/services
  • A pre-recorded webinar that your company has hosted
  • Video’s relating to research and industry updates

Creating/Recording, Marketing and Hosting of Live (or Pre-recorded) content as part of the DataCentres Ireland “Tech Focused Days”

Held on a monthly basis, DataCentres Ireland will host “Tech Focus Days’.

These ‘Tech Focus Days’, will consist of 3 x 20mins Live or Pre-recorded webinars, followed by a 1.5hr moderated panel discussion, whose panel will include representatives of the presenting companies.

Marketed through our DataCentres Ireland database and social media, these webinars, will give participating organisations the opportunity to position themselves as thought leaders around the subject of the day.

The presenting organisation will receive a list of ALL pre-registered and actual attendees of the Tech Focus Day, thus generating active leads from which they can follow up and generate real business.

The Themes of these ‘Tech Focus Days’ are yet to be finalised. However, current thinking is as follows:

March – focus on “Standby/On Demand Generation”

April – focus on “Cooling”

May – focus on “Sustainability”

June – focus on “Racks, Cabinets & Cabling”

July – focus on “DCIM and Remote Monitoring”

August – focus on “Data Centre Design”

  • Unconfirmed exhibitors will be charged €600 per Webinar (Includes involvement in the panel discussion)

Creating/Recording, Marketing and Hosting of a Live (or Pre-recorded) Stand-Alone Webinar, independent to Tech Focus Days, on a subject specific to the Organisation.

These independent Webinars will not form part of the planned “Tech Focused Days” but promoted separately, as stand-alone content.

As well as creating marketing collateral for use by the presenting company, these 30min long Webinars, will be marketed through the DataCentres Ireland database and social media postings.

As the focus and subject matter is determined by the presenting organisation, they deliver the highest profile for the presenting company allowing them to position themselves as thought leader in this area.

The presenting organisation will receive full contact details of ALL pre-registered and actual attendees thus providing active leads from which they can follow up and generate real business.
